Banjarnegara is known as one of the best coffee producers in Indonesia. Although Banjarnegara Coffee is not as popular as Aceh Coffee or Gayo Coffee, Banjarnegara Coffee has its own characteristics.  To improve the existence of Banjarnegara Coffee and the competency of coffee farmers in Banjarnegara, the Rasagama Wita Foundation teamed up to empower coffee farmers in Banjarnegara in June 2023. 

Dozens of coffee farmers participated in the mentorship program which included training related to coffee plantations, as well as collaboration with a roastery company buyer from Korea. This training is expected to not only increase the existence of Banjarnegara Coffee in the world, but also increase the understanding of coffee farmers, and establish global cooperation between companies.
