A total of 50 Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) and cooperatives in Central and East Java participated in training and empowerment organized by the Rasagama Wita Foundation.  The training aims to improve the quality of BUMDES and cooperatives in Central Java, East Java, and surrounding areas. 

The specification of training materials have also been adjusted based on the classification of BUMDES and cooperatives in the area tto make the material more specific and easier to implement by the trainees. 

In addition to training, Rasagama Wita Foundation also provides assistance related to human resource management, finance, production, marketing, and general management. This assistance allows the trainees to directly practice the material they have obtained during the training.

Through this training, mentoring and empowerment program it is hope that more and more BUMDES and cooperatives will be able to move independently and provide the needs of the majority of their communities to turn the wheels of the people’s economy.
