The traditional market still has a significant role as the center of the economy. This is also the case in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Since almost every sub-district has its own traditional market, special management is needed to manage the administration and sustainability of economic activities in each market. Therefore, the founder of the Rasagama Wita Foundation together with the Sleman Regency Disperindag Office held an audience with local market administrators. This session aimed to find out more about the administration, governance, and challenges faced by traders.

The discussion was then followed by an empowerment program in the form of periodic training and mentoring. These activities were welcomed by dozens of market traders in D.I Yogyakarta Province, produced good results in the form of utilizing WhatsApp for Business for online marketing.

It is hoped that through this audience and empowerment it will be able to improve friendship and coordination between traders, managers, and the government. As well as helping to improve traditional markets as part of the life of the people of Yogyakarta.
