Supporting Coffee Export, Rasagama Wita Foundation Attends Wonosobo Local Coffee Farmer Empowerment Program

Coffee is one of the largest export commodities in Indonesia. Based on data from the Indonesian Bureau of Statistics, the value of coffee exports from Indonesia can reach Rp 25 trillion. To improve the quality of coffee, especially in Wonosobo, Wonogiri, Kutoharjo, and surrounding areas, Rasagama Wita Foundation attended a coffee farmer empowerment program.

This empowerment program includes coffee farmers from Wonosobo, Wonogiri, Kutoharjo, and surrounding areas. Through this empowerment program, the coffee farmers involved can not only increase the network between coffee farmers, but also exchange knowledge and experiences about coffee plantations. In order to improve the quality of coffee to be exported, this program is also supported by Korean Fisheries Company. It is expected that this program can be the first step for the sustainability of coffee export production in Indonesia and improve the quality of life and production of coffee beans in Wonosobo, Wonogiri, Kutoharjo, and surrounding areas.
